Fulfilment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping processing time
Depending on the delivery destination, the average shipping time is 6 business days.
Orders shipped from our supplier’s European fulfilment location to a European destination may take 5-10 business days to arrive after being fulfilled. It can take 10-20 business days for orders shipped from our supplier’s European fulfilment location to non-EU regions. We deliver to United Kingdom in 5-7 business days on average.
Shipping times are estimates only, and exact dates will be provided after purchase or by an enquiry. Delays can happen and so we cannot confirm any shipping date for certain but will do our best to keep buyers informed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
The cost of shipping is location dependent. We use our supplier's current rates, which are always displayed during the checkout process. We offer free shipping on all orders over £50. The order is delivered to the end address once it has been fulfilled and shipped. Please keep in mind that the delivery time includes both fulfilment and shipping.
At this time, we do not ship to the following countries due to COVID-19.
Angola, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Republic of the Congo, Reunion Island, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Rumago Accents is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Rumago Accents is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier company directly or the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
