What is the maximum weight a tote bag can hold?

The maximum weight limit of our tote bags is 44lbs (20kg).

Can I wash the throw blankets in the washing machine?

Yes, our variety of throw blankets can be washed in a washing machine as well.

Do you pre-manufacture all of your homeware product items?

Unlike other homeware wholesalers, all of our homeware products are custom-made. This way, we conserve various materials, minimize waste, and provide eco-friendly products to our customers.

Which methods of payment are accepted at Rumago Accents?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Shop Pay, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal as well.

How much does it cost to ship the order?

The cost of shipping is location dependent. We use our supplier's current rates, which are always displayed during the checkout process. We offer free shipping on all orders over £50.

How long does it take to ship the order?

Overall shipping time for an order consists of two phases: Processing and Shipping. Processing of an order takes 2-7 business days while the average shipping is 6-business days. European destinations may take 5-10 business days while non-European regions within 10-20 business days.

Where are your fulfillment locations?

The United States of America—Charlotte, North Carolina and Los Angeles, California. Canada—Toronto, Ontario, and Europe—Riga, Latvia (2) and Barcelona, Spain. A fulfilment center in the United Kingdom will be added soon.

What are the return conditions?

These are the return conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must not be damaged
  • The wrong product has been shipped

Can I get a refund?

Yes, our 14-day return policy is in effect from the date of purchase. After that, you will be ineligible for a refund.
